Before you book
Booking & cancellation terms
To secure your appointment, please have a valid credit card or gift voucher number ready at the time of booking. We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Changes made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service value, while no-shows will be charged the full value of the appointment.
Cancellations must be made by phone on 07 5476 8315. If we are unable to answer, please leave a detailed message. Your call time is recorded and will be used as the time of cancellation.
We ask that you arrive on time so we can provide the full experience reserved for you. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may incur a late fee. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and the full booked service value may apply. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for the services booked. If you choose to reduce or change those services on the day, the original booked value may still apply.
Any applicable fees will be charged to the card provided to secure your booking and cannot be transferred to another appointment or service.
