CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
Penny Black Organic Terms and Conditions of Booking
At Penny Black Organic we are committed to providing the highest quality service and experience for all our clients.
Upon booking please have your credit card and/or gift voucher number on hand to secure your appointment.
We ask that cancellations and alterations to your booking are made 24 hours priorto the day of your appointmentto avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
(e.g. if your appointment is on Wednesday your cut off is 9am Tuesday)
No shows will incur full charge of services booked.
Large group bookings (weddings) or bookings with multiple services will require 7days notice – you will be notified upon booking if this applies to you
We accept cancellations via phone only – if there is no answer please leave a detailed message we will call back or cancel as per your instructions.
(The time and date of all messages are recorded so if you need to cancel outside of business hours, we can accept your cancellation)
We know your time is important, so if you are pressed for time during your appointment please let us know at the earliest convenience so we can do our best to accommodate your circumstances.
To respect the time of all clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrice more than 15 minutes late will be required to pay a late fee. Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late may forgeit their appointment and need to reschedule and will be charged for the full price services booked.
If your circumstances change resulting in you requiring less and/or different services than booked we can accommodate, however you will be charged for the full price services booked.
(e.g. if your running late to your appointment or need to be out earlier than expected)
We will always do our best to fit your schedule but please remember we also run on a scheduling system so your alterations may impact other clients making it impossible to change last minute
We do our best to avoid taking cancellation fees by sending out a reminder text 2days prior to your appointment. Simply reply YES and your booking will be secured. No other responseswill be accepted so please call us if you need to cancel or require further communication.

All fees will automatically be charged to credit card provided at time of cancellation/no show
Fees are not transferable to other services or bookings; cancellation fees are put in place to cover loss of income missed during your allocated time.
