SHIPPING / RETURNS

Shipping Rates
Shipping within Australia is charged at rates from $8.60 per order and may vary based on the delivery address and the amount of product ordered. All orders are sent out via recorded delivery. If your order is missing/delayed please check with your local post office.
We do offer International shipping as well and these are based on the country of delivery and vary from time to time.  The total delivery fee will be calculated and displayed once you have entered a delivery address.

Delivery Timeframes – Australia
Standard Delivery: Please allow up to 10 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
Express Delivery: Please allow 2 – 4 business days* after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
*Delivery times may vary as Australia Post can experience delays from time to time which are beyond our control. Please note current delays due to COVID 19.

International Standard Delivery: Please allow 1 – 2 weeks after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
International Express Delivery: Please allow 4 – 7 business days after receiving your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.

Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days of receipt of payment, however if your product is out of stock it could take 7-14 days for your item to be dispatched, you will be notified by email with an estimate time of departure for back order items.

Coupon/ Promotion Codes
Each Coupon Code may come with its own limitations and restrictions, unfortunately promotion items cannot be refunded.

Return Policy
We accept returns in their unopened original condition within 30 days of delivery, for a refund. T&C (Original Postage Charges or return postage are not refundable)
If the products you received are damaged or faulty in any way or are different to your original order, we are happy to exchange the products. Please contact us via email & please supply a photo to prove your claim.
Any refund will be arranged as soon as possible on the credit or debit card used to pay for the original order. 
Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pennyblackorganic@gmail.com and allow up to 5 working days to be processed.
